Peace and Hope

19 Oct

Romans 5:1-2
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

The peace and hope that the love of God provides is not comparable to the peace and hope that others may provide.  This will be the topic of week three of my “Medicine for the Mind” sermon series.  At times, I recollect the moments when I have lost sight of living in the peace and hope of God.  Most of those moments seem to be times of discouragement and disappointment.  When you are living with discouragement and disappointment, it is impossible to be living a life that allows people to experience Gods love through you.

Got Hope?
Got Peace?
God provides both!

Come hear more about this and more at the Foundation Community Church launch service this Sunday @ 6pm @ Edgewood High School.
